You very rarely have to do something on the x-coordinate of an object then on the y-coordinate, nor iterate over the points in a polygon then draw the lines together because the canvas drawing API accepts an entire polyline. I can generate an entire polyline without a loop because I have range operators and implicit arithmetic.
